From the initial introduction of foreign complete aseptic equipment production line and packaging consumable materials to independent research and development, China's aseptic packaging technology has gone through a development process from scratch and gradually to maturity.

The advantages of aseptic packaging are mainly shown in the following aspects:

The packaging of food sterilization can be according to the characteristics and requirements of the food itself to select the best method, its purpose is to make food color, flavor and nutrients of get the best protection, composite packaging materials and vacuum can make the products from light, gas and odor and microbial invasion, don't need to make food preservatives, transportation, storage does not require refrigeration, and can prolong the storage life, convenient for storage and transportation and sales.

2. Food used in sterile packaging bags and containers are sterilized separately to avoid the reaction between food and packaging containers and reduce the infiltration of container ingredients into food.

3. It is suitable for automatic continuous production with high production efficiency, energy saving and labor saving, which is conducive to reducing production cost.
